JOY KAMAU TOROITICH

Chief Executive Officer/Founder

Joy Kamau Toroitich is the Executive Director of Better Lives Kenya, She is a sociologist. She leads the projects and leads a dynamic team. She has a 10-year track record of youth-led development having previously served as a Program Assistant; at COALITION FOR PEACE IN AFRICA (COPA), HIV Prevention program Assistant; RONGAI SOCIAL ECONOMIC WOMEN ORGANIZATION (ROSEWO), Programs; Love and Hope Centre- Nakuru and as an Admins Personnel; Psychiatric Disability Organization- Nakuru.
Consequently, she employs evidence based innovations in Mentorship, HIV prevention and GBV Prevention and she is involved in trainings & facilitation and has organizational skills that have propelled her in the area of consultancy on social issues.

ROTTOK LUKE TOROITICH

Chairperson& Patron

Lecturer, Engineer (Mechatronics) Egerton University. Public speaking, Event Organization and Chair, Board of Management, Subuku Primary School & Ngata Primary School. He has brought a wealth of knowledge in leadership to Better Lives Kenya. He always works from the background but his effects are felt by the community and our beneficiaries.
